Chief Executive Officer
Christena has been an essential member of the Media Culture team since the business was founded as Koeppel Direct more than 25 years ago. She’s spent her career building the company from the ground up — leading with her forward-thinking vision for the agency and her willingness to take on any role, from accounting to media buying to new business. Christena’s dedication to making Media Culture a strategic, analytical, and trusted partner to clients has been the foundation for the agency’s growth and continued competitive success as the surrounding industry has experienced rapid change. Along the way, she has been recognized for her brilliant execution, including earning an Echo Award for her work with Turbo Tax.
Chief Financial Officer
For more than a decade, Rolando has been committed to promoting strong business relationships between Media Culture’s partners and vendors, as well as various media outlets, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies. After earning his B.S. in Economics at Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru, Rolando began his career in finance at ARGENTA SAB, a Peruvian brokerage house, before relocating to Texas to continue his education. He earned an Associate Degree in Accounting at Brookhaven College in Dallas and an M.S. in Accounting and Information Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. Rolando also has Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certifications.
Chief Revenue Officer
Based in New York, Jen has over 20 years of media planning and procurement experience across all sectors. Over the course of her career, Jen was instrumental in the successful launch of IPG’s corporate trading platform, ORION; Horizon Media’s Trading Division, Eden Road; and The Miroma Group’s US subsidiary, Outcomes. The ultimate people person, relationships are everything to her, whether they be with business partners or colleagues. A guest lecturer in Communications programs at her Alma Matter Seton Hall as well as NYU, Jen is a Mother, Army Wife, Volunteer, Board Member, and an enthusiastic Soccer/LAX/Track/Dog Mom.
Nuno is a 15-year veteran in the digital media industry, starting with SEO and progressing into paid tactics such as search, social, programmatic, and streaming audio and video. Since joining Media Culture, Nuno has focused on bridging linear and digital media efforts within the agency while being responsible for the formulation of internal and client strategy. Prior to his role at Media Culture, Nuno was Southeast Media Lead at SapientNitro (now Publicis.Sapient), where he played a lead role in engagements across ecommerce, financial services, and tourism, working with clients such as L.L. Bean, Citibank, CapitalOne, and Visit Florida.
VP, Data and Analytics
Jared leads the Media Culture team of analysts and data scientists while also researching measurement methodologies, data privacy and security, and emerging technologies. Jared has focused his professional expertise on analytics and helping businesses understand and use their data to build viable and sustainable revenue models. Since moving into the advertising industry at Adaptive Marketing and later TwoNil, he has helped countless companies better understand the effectiveness of their marketing efforts through responsible and reliable campaign measurement.
Eureka is an accomplished media, marketing, and management professional with more than 20 years of experience. Since joining Media Culture, she’s leveraged her deep background in the media buying industry and her leadership prowess to improve efficiency and effectiveness and sharpen the agency’s competitive edge. In previous positions at Zenith Direct, Kre8Media, and Catch 5 Direct, Eureka managed the media accounts for a number of Fortune 500 companies and direct marketing businesses such as Jenny Craig, Merck, Abbott Labs, and Cancer Treatment Center of America — overseeing a total of more than $800 million in media billings.
VP, Business Development
Sean has more than 25 years of extensive sales and new business development expertise. A graduate of Arizona State University with B.S. in Advertising/Marketing, Sean has a diverse skill set in both general and brand-response advertising. As a member of the Media Culture team for almost 10 years, Sean’s experience has enabled him to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and play a pivotal role obtaining new business for Media Culture.
Sr. Director, Account Services
Byron has been a part of the Media Culture team for nearly 15 years, playing an integral role in developing meaningful relationships between Media Culture clients and the agency. From helping businesses define their objectives and strategy to managing budgets and overseeing campaign optimization, Byron is dedicated to advocating for each and every brand partner. Byron has spent the majority of his career working with direct response companies, beginning as an account executive at Planet-E-Shop. During his time at Media Culture, he has been the lead on dozens of direct response campaigns, including for clients such as Education Connection, FoodSaver, Nautilus, and SelectQuote.
Director, Linear Media
Darwin has more than 20 years of experience in media buying. Throughout his career, he has worked as both a long- and short-form media buyer, honing his expertise through positions with Inter/Media, ICEBox Advertising, KSL Media, and Media Design Group. Darwin works closely with the Media Culture Client Services and Linear Media Buying teams to oversee all linear media buying strategy and execution, providing unmatched insight to ensure all media buys are executed with accuracy and efficiency to meet client directives and goals.
