Overview

The Media Coordinator is the entry-level role at Media Culture. This position will support the Media department in maintaining and managing all aspects of the media buying process such as data entry, reporting and analysis.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective communication with media vendors (across various platforms) to request and collect pre and post logs airings.
  • Manage pre/post airing logs in the buying system
  • Reviews, interprets and manages airing reports
  • Work with the media buying team to monitor and forecast daily and weekly media clearance
  • Data entry using specialized agency software and systems for multiple clients
  • Generates daily media reports based on data assimilated by agency software and systems
  • Monitors and manages the flow of information within corporate media e-mail inboxes

Qualifications

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented with a strong analytical ability
  • Advanced data entry skills preferred

  • Demonstrates solid skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and understand a sense of urgency

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office applications with
  • Able to work independently or within a team to achieve objectives
